Account Executive - Base + Uncapped Commission

Job Description

NAS Electronics is an exciting, growing company with an energetic, positive, can-do culture. We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with strong sales and marketing skills to join our Las Vegas-based team.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base by prospecting new clients and nurturing leads within market segment
• Earn business by using a consultative, relationship-based approach
• Prepare and present RFQs and sales proposals, ensuring all business development activities are documented
• Answer technical and non-technical questions regarding electronics manufacturing, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner
• Work closely with the Leadership team to evaluate opportunities, identify competitive advantages and weaknesses, and stay current with industry trends
• Utilize different methods of communicating with leads and prospects (phone, email, Zoom, social media, etc.), comfortable approaching and speaking with various types of personalities in both professional and social environments
• Work well under pressure and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  

Requirements

• Must be able to speak effectively on the phone
• 5 years' experience relative to technical sales
• 2 years' experience and proven ability to provide best-in-class client services while successfully closing new business and expanding client base
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry not required but preferred
• Must be naturally curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Must possess the 5 characteristics of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills)
