Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sale and loan documents, including settlement statements
- Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings
- Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities
- Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and post-closing processes
- Prepare title commitments, proformas, and title insurance policies
- Education:Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required)
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer, specifically in commercial real estate
- Technical Skills:Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
