This high-visibility role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth, working with a team dedicated to protecting national security infrastructure.Compensation:Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from$160,000 to $165,000,commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cybersecurity personnel, applications, and tools to ensure compliance withFISMA, RMF, PPSM, DoD Cyber Scorecard, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Conductvulnerability scanning, analysis, and IT personnel security auditing.
- Supportconfiguration management (CM)efforts with project tracking, including theIntegrated Master Schedule.
- Prepare and deliverproject presentations to Agency change boards.
- Ensure continuousauditing of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS).
- Manage the distribution of tasks to maintain theAuthority to Operate (ATO)for systems owned by the Agency.
- Developtechnical documentation, presentations, and cybersecurity training materials.
- Provideincident response support, includingintrusion detection and classified spill management.
- Ensure adherence toNIST, DoD, and Army Security Regulations.
- U.S. Citizenship & Active Top Secret Clearance (Non-Negotiable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 6-10 years of cybersecurity experience.
- IAM Level III certification (per AR 25-2 and DA Pam 25-2-6) at the time of onboarding.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Strong background incybersecurity compliance, risk assessment, and auditing.
- Experience supporting the DoD at a high level (Non-Negotiable).
- Strong ability todevelop cybersecurity documentation and provide technical presentations.
- Familiarity witheMASS, POAM management, and maintaining ATO for DoD systems.
- Higher education degrees or advanced cybersecurity certifications.
- Expertise inRisk Management Framework (RMF), ATO eMASS, and POAM.
