Position Overview :
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Client, the Executive Director oversees the administration and operations of Community Physician Group (CPG). In collaboration with leadership, this role is responsible for strategy development, planning, execution, and performance of CPG practices and associated service lines.
The Executive Director focuses on building high-performing service lines that drive growth, high-quality care, exceptional patient experience, seamless access, strong production and financial performance, and network integrity.
Compensation :
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $115,000 to $165,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of CPG practices with a focus on growth, development, and optimization of service lines.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans that drive key performance metrics and align with national benchmarks.
- Engage and integrate physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), direct reports, and clinic support staff to foster a high-performing culture aligned with client core values.
- Communicate service line strategies, performance benchmarks, and initiatives to key stakeholders, including client leadership and affiliated partners.
