Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Client (CMC) the Executive Director oversees the administration and operations of Community Physician Group (CPG). In collaboration with CMC leadership this role is responsible for strategy development planning execution and performance of CPG practices and associated service lines. The Executive Director focuses on building highperforming service lines that drive growth highquality care exceptional patient experience seamless access strong production and financial performance and network integrity.
This role emphasizes service line strategy planning provider and staff engagement communication and performance optimization. The Executive Director ensures alignment with CMCs mission vision and core values :

Primary Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Operations Management
Lead the planning execution and oversight of CPG practices with a focus on growth development and optimization of service lines.
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans that drive key performance metrics and align with national benchmarks.
Engage and integrate physicians advanced practice providers (APPs) direct reports and clinic support staff to foster a highperforming culture aligned with CMCs core values.
Communicate service line strategies performance benchmarks and initiatives to key stakeholders including CMC leadership and affiliated partners.
Physician & APP Engagement
Oversee physician and APP hiring engagement compensation quality patient experience and production expectations.
Manage physician and APP separations both voluntary and involuntary.
Foster a collaborative environment that enhances provider satisfaction and engagement.
Financial & Business Performance
Develop business plans and proformas to expand and enhance current and new services.
Participate in operating and capital budgeting financial forecasting and ensure financial sustainability of CPG and its associated service lines.
Optimize operational efficiency cost management and highquality patient care delivery.
Talent Development & Facility Planning
Provide mentorship training and professional development for direct reports.
Lead standardization efforts in job roles competencies and training programs.
Collaborate in the planning and management of new office and facility design projects.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
Work closely with CMCs Senior Leadership Team and other physician group leaders to advance organizational objectives.
Represent CPG in various councils committees and community stakeholder engagements.
Build relationships with regulatory agencies insurance carriers and other professional groups.
Qualifications & Experience Education :
Masters degree in health or business administration preferred.
Bachelors degree with 10 years of progressive practice management experience may be considered in lieu of a masters degree.
Certifications (Preferred) :
CPPS CMPE
Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of progressive physician practice management or related healthcare leadership experience.
Strong experience working in a matrix organization and leading by influence.
Required Skills :
Excellent communication judgment and decisionmaking skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and engage physicians APPs managers and staff.
Expertise in strategic planning risk assessment and execution.
Strong financial acumen including business plan development SWOT analysis and financial statement analysis.
Expertise in operations transformation change management and process optimization.
