Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on electrical control systems, including electrical control panels, motors, and power distribution systems
- Provide technical support and expertise in areas such as fluid power, mechanical systems, and electrical controls
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols for both personal and food safety
- Support all phases of operations, ensuring equipment reliability and high operational uptime
- Document maintenance activities in SAP Plant Maintenance and maintain organized records
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in industrial maintenance and electrical controls, with proven skills in troubleshooting and repair
- Certification: Valid electrician’s license as per state or local requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, PLC systems, lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical safety
- Knowledge of advanced motor and drive systems, such as AC/DC servo motors, variable frequency drives, and stepper systems
- Familiarity with microcomputer and microprocessor operations in industrial settings
- A $5,000 sign-on bonus for relocation purposes
