- Training Period: $38,285/year (average annual earnings) uncapped bonus potential
- Post-Training: $60,000 - $80,000/year (average annual earnings and bonuses)

- Customer Service & Sales:
- Build long-term relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services via phone and in-person interactions
- Promote additional products to both new and existing customers
- Operations:
- Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements
- Assist the Branch Manager in exceeding branch goals
- Leadership Development:
- Learn to support management tasks such as staff workload delegation and loan document analysis
- Gain proficiency in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and team leadership
- High School diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to relocate upon promotion to management (locations: MS, AL, LA, IL, MO, & TX)
- Employment contingent upon successful background check, drug screening, and credit check
