Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Develop an understanding of client needs and tailor recruitment strategies to meet those needs
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and our proprietary database
- Conduct 10-12 candidate interviews per day via phone and video, assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations
- Provide ongoing candidate feedback and recommendations to clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand client requirements and recruitment goals
- Support in the development and execution of client-facing recruitment strategies
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building with potential clients
- Participate in client meetings and help craft solutions that align with their talent acquisition goals
- Engage in regular mentoring sessions with senior members of the leadership team to refine your skills and expand your knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Present your weekly progress and achievements to the team, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
- Take ownership of your professional development by seeking out new challenges and areas for growth within the organization
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client services is a plus, but not required
