Seeking an HR Generalist with a client located in Syracuse NY. Must hold a Bachelor's degree to be considered for this position.
Will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing job applicants and place newly hired workers in jobs.
You will also handle compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
Sr. HR Representative responsibilities include:
- Support HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs (salary step progressions, data analytics)
- Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies and practices and key HR programs on an as needed basis.
- Works independently to resolve straightforward ER issues and helps resolve moderately complex ER issues.
- Data management responsibilities to include processing workflow changes in Workday, audits of data, data uploads and data correction workflows.
- Maintain measurement systems and analyze data to determine the impact of HR programs.
- Makes recommendations to management based upon analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum Three years related experience
- Data Analytics Skills is required
- Experience with Workday is required
