Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve client support tickets through Salesforce
- Analyze client use cases and provide tailored solutions
- Support clients with advanced Solovis modules including Liquidity and Predict
- Collaborate with clients to optimize their use of the platform
- Provide training and guidance on platform functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in financial services or investment management
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with asset owner investment portfolios
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
- Prior experience in client-facing technical support roles
- Understanding of liquidity analysis and predictive analytics
- Professional certifications (CAIA, CIPM, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Education Required: B.S. in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience Required: At least 3 years
