Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
* Take and deliver messages via phone, email, or voice mail.
* Receive, open, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail.
* Greet and seat guests and clients; offer, prepare, and deliver refreshments.
* Tidy conference rooms and kitchen areas throughout the day.
* Prepare office and kitchen supply orders.
* Run shopping errands for kitchen or office supplies as needed.
* Perform clerical duties (e.g. opening/creating new client files, daily check log, maintaining contact lists, preparation of various mailings, copy/scan/sort/file documents as requested).
Computer software experience:
* Word & WordPerfect
* Excel
* Outlook
* Law firm / legal practice management software experience preferred
* Florida Courts e-Filing system experience preferred
Required:
* High School Diploma/GED
* 6 months office experience minimum
* Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
* Customer Service and Computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
