As leaders in both online and offline marketplaces, we set the standard for excellence with our unmatched quality and cutting-edge designs.About the role : The Retention Marketing Specialist is pivotal in driving and accelerating our efforts in engaging and retaining existing customers and managing end-to-end funnel stage metrics for an acquired user to drive better retention. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and optimizing customer journeys with growth principles to drive performance.Key Responsibilities : Responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies across customer cohorts.Execute and manage key reactivation mediums like Push / SMS / Email / WhatsApp and Web channels.Identify customer personas, create relevant customer cohorts, and develop strategies to target these customers effectively across channels.Execute the CRM Plan using user segmentation to create custom and more relevant communications, pushing users down the funnel.Conceptualize and set up automated journey-based campaigns while ensuring ideal frequency to the customer.Analyze data to understand key pain points, effective communication, ideal conversion times, etc.Work closely with the creative team to define email / WhatsApp templates to drive campaigns.Analyze results, highlight learning, synthesize recommendations, and drive growth strategy.
