About the Role: Nashville Ford wants a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Business Development team. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you’ll play a vital role in building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of our dealership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively phone potential customers to introduce Nashville Ford’s offers and create new sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals for customer engagement and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share valuable insights and refine our approach to customer outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
