Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Nashville Sounds are seeking a dynamic, creative thinker to impact the club’s presence across the social media landscape, and email marketing, helping drive deeper, more meaningful connections with fans both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Director of Marketing with social strategy, ideation, execution and management of club’s social media platforms including Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for the Nashville Sounds, Third and Home, and First Horizon Park.
- Assist in maintaining organizational social media calendar, ensuring timely, consistent, and strategic posting.
- Work to evolve the voice and tone of the Nashville Sounds brand to promote fan engagement and to drive demand for club content.
- Stay ahead of global trends and integrate timely and relevant topics into the club’s social presence.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative team to produce and share high-quality game day visuals, including pre-game build-up, fan engagement, in-game moments, and post-game highlights.
- Assist the Senior Director of Marketing to implement and manage Fan Compass campaigns effectively to increase fan engagement, grow our email database, and convert new fan additions into ticket leads
- Assist in the creation, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure campaigns align with the club’s objectives and branding.
- Track, measure and report on email performance metrics, and social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
Qualifications:
- Experience in sports digital marketing
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust strategies as needed
- Ability and willingness to work varied, long hours including nights, weekend, and holidays
