Director of Resilient Roots Wellness Center
Allied Behavioral Health Solutions (ABHS) is a locally owned behavioral health practice with a staff of dedicated, passionate, and collaborative clinicians working towards ABHS' goal of better outcomes for all. Since 2017, ABHS has been committed to providing high quality and accessible mental health services across Middle and East Tennessee. In September 2024, ABHS opened the Resilient Roots Family Wellness Center (RRFWC) in Nashville, a community space that includes clinical outpatient psychotherapy across the lifespan, intensive outpatient programming for perinatal mental health and children aged 8-12 and associated behavioral health services, a community hub, and a therapeutic preschool with inclusion classes for children 6 weeks - 5 years of age (pre-K).
The ideal candidates for roles within RRWC will be passionate about supporting parents, infants, children, and families in meeting their mental health and educational goals. The RRWC Director oversees the quality of clinical and educational services associated with RRWC provided by ABHS team members, the relationships and support between team members, and ensures that those efforts align with programmatic expectations for fidelity and budgetary needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clinical oversight to RRWC Clinical Supervisor and Educational Director
Collaborate with RRWC Program Directors, ABHS Clinical Director, and other leadership to develop and supervise clinical and educational programming at RRWC including therapeutic preschool program, PMHIOP, 8-12 IOP, individual, couples, family, and parent-child therapy services
Meet with RRWC staff monthly to provide support on team needs and to address concerns with staff
Ensure compliance with state clinical and educational licensing requirements, health and safety standards, etc.
Assess and ensure continuity of organizational census, asking Administrative Team to assign cases as warranted by review of monthly numbers and open availability on clinician schedule
Interview potential candidates and make recommendations for staff expansion as deemed necessary
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, funding strategies, and strategic planning for RRWC
Engage local community champions to build relationships and branding reputation within the service area of RRWC
Ensure the effective hiring, oversight, and progressive discipline of RRWC staff as needed
Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Operations to ensure clear workflows, program systems, and project management of RRWC
Engage with Leadership Team in meetings and provide feedback of development of staff
Engage with the Clinical and Executive Directors in completing annual performance reviews
Minimum Requirements
Licensure as LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or equivalent.
Experience in providing licensure supervision for a minimum of 10 years and meets requirements of their licensure discipline to provide clinical supervision.
Experience in early childhood mental health and / or education preferred.

Compensation : $88,000-95,000 per year
