The Ticketing Associate at Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery is responsible for greeting guests and checking in guests with reservations. This role involves selling tickets onsite and guiding guests to various attractions. Ticketing Associates have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to hospitality.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors to the site collect tickets and provide guidance on exhibits and points of interest.
- Display a customerfocused demeanor and effectively engage with large daily crowds.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address any inquiries from visitors.
- Develop expertise in all public ticketed experiences and actively promote ticket sales to walkin visitors.
- Assist in coordinating special events and programs particularly those held on weekends.
- Fulfill any additional assigned duties as required to support operational needs.
