Responsibilities
- Serves as a multi-source intelligence analyst responsible for conducting complex technical analysis and production in the field of Adversary Supply Chain analysis
- Presents ISR capabilities to a variety of service, national, and coalition customers. Responsible for identifying the requirements and delivering integrated intelligence products to consumers. Will use independent judgment to seek new techniques and technologies associated with intelligence processing concepts and apply broad knowledge of relevant customer organizations or operations to translate requirements and provide appropriate output or response to meet customer needs
- Conducts complex analysis of Adversary Supply Chains using multi-source intelligence. Performs detailed analysis of complex data sets to uncover intelligence gaps and then creates corresponding collection requirements to more completely understand the adversary. Understands the advance principles, concepts, and procedures of intelligence integration and fusion capabilities to synthesize large data sets to make recommendations to senior analysts and staff
- Manages intelligence production. Manages adversary supply chain analysis intelligence production to satisfy component, combatant command and support agency requirements. Applies independent judgment in balancing the operational need for accuracy and expediency in satisfying production objectives. Uses experience, critical thinking, and independent judgment to develop and implement the best methods or approaches to meet timelines and accuracy of ground, air, space, and cyberspace production needs
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the full range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multisource intelligence information systems to capture data in order to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments to interpret policy and commit resources
- Knowledge of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detailed analyses of complex information/situations attained from multiple sources, to include database manipulation
- Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations, and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations to build effective collaborative partnerships and customer relationships
- Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing collection requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients
- Skill in communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes
- Ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly assimilate disparate data, render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience and present and/or defend a position effectively

· All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
· Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.

· The workspace is adequately heated, lighted, and ventilated. There is occasional noise from office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and telephones. The employee is required to perform in varying office and meeting environments.
· The incumbent observes normal safety precautions when working in and travelling away from the work site.
