Position Overview
We're looking for embroidery operators to join our team! This role offers guaranteed 40-hour work weeks with potential overtime. If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our team's success, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring all necessary requirements are met.
- Assess pre and post-treatment needs for garments.
- Select appropriate thread colors for each job.
- Complete sewouts of new logos for client approval.
- Run sample logos for production.
- Operate multi-head embroidery machines (Barudan and Tajima experience preferred).
- Troubleshoot routine machinery malfunctions and report issues to management.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and workstations.
- Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.
- Adhere to GMP policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, with overtime as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
