In this role, you will:
- Oversee CMS requirements for IQR, OQR, and IPFQR programs
- Collaborate with IT weekly to prepare for annual eCQM submission to CMS and TJC.
- Ensure all requirements for MIPS program are met.
- Submit stroke data to TJC CMIP quarterly.
- Download measure reports from GWTG platform and validate prior to CMIP submission (dependent on data migration from GWTG to TJC)
- Oversee QHIP
- Responsible for culture of safety survey preparation, distribution, and analysis
- Conduct monthly hand hygiene audits
- Prepare TJC AMP reports
- Responsible for regulatory preparation and assisting in surveys
Minimum qualifications:
- Possession of a current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York Statewith two years of satisfactory professional nursing experience, one year in Quality Assurance.
Salary: $102,836 annually
