We require:
- Current NYS RN license
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing
- 1-2 years of case management experience; CCM preferred
- Current NYS RN license
- Experience in acute or sub-acute care and familiarity with case management and utilization review.
- Computer skills are essential
- Knowledge of managed care
- BSN preferred, but will consider RN with experience.
