The Role
We’re hiring a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Marketing Director to lead all marketing efforts across our portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role based in our Houston headquarters. You’ll be responsible for building brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and overseeing marketing execution for multiple ventures. You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Development: Create and evolve brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all
companies• Growth Strategy: Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies across paid media, social, email, SEO/SEM, and more
• Creative Leadership: Oversee the development of high-quality creative assets and marketing collateral
• Team Building: Hire, develop, and manage internal marketing staff and external agencies/partners
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with leadership in operations, product, HR, and finance to support company objectives
• Analytics: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaigns based on results
Qualifications
• 4 years of marketing experience, ideally within multi-brand, multi-unit, or early-stage env
ironments• Proven track record of building brands and leading growth marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Experience leading teams and managing external partners
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities

Compensation:
- $55,000-$65,000
