Job Description

Python/Spark Hadoop big data. We are looking for 7-10 years of experience with strong hands on coding skills and strong experience in building frameworks.

Priority skill sets are Python and Spark

We need someone who has strong development experience using Python and Spark for handling Big data, develop frameworks and optimization techniques. We are working on a time sensitive project and would need someone to jump in and start helping the team.

Position Summary

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at all levels, and build strong relationships
• 7-8 years of hands-on in development experience working on Big data technologies, python, spark
• 4-5 years of hands-on in development framework components utilizing Flow-Based Programming patterns (tools like Apache/Cloudera NiFi)
• Knowledge of any database (Hadoop/HBase/MongoDB)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders outside of the sphere of direct influence
• Knowledge of Non Financial Regulatory Reporting
