Powersports Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in powersports repair and mechanics, demonstrating proficiency in various technical tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach to powersports maintenance and repair, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Duties

• Perform powersports repairs and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
• Assemble and disassemble components as needed for repairs.
• Conduct brake repairs, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment effectively to complete tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs needed and services provided.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the dealership environment.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience in powersports repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembling components and performing brake repairs is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Experience with soldering techniques is beneficial for specific repair tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
