Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional guest service.
• Handling check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answering guest inquiries and resolving issues.

• Timeliness / punctuality

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• Follows orders to achieve hotel and management goals
• Previous experience in customer service
• Reliable transportation

Preferences:

• 2 years Previous hotel front desk experience preferred but not required
