Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend for project tracking and reporting.
- Review blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project timelines and budgets.
- Implement construction estimating practices to forecast costs and resource needs effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
