Nation Forward Inc Is a Logistics Company based out of Cheyenne, Wy with a large footprint in the Southwest and Midwest Regions of the United States, we have recently expanded to the Pacific Northwest seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to work
- Must be willing to cover a route in the absence of a Driver
- Minimum 2 years Logistics experience including Dispatching, Shift Scheduling, and managing drivers.
- Must be over the age of 21
Job Description: Nation Forward Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for scheduling our drivers to their assigned routes and ensuring 100% route coverage. The Logistics Coordinator will work from 6:30am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. They will ensure drivers arrive at the warehouse on time and manage scheduling for drivers' off-time. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator must be prepared to cover routes in case of emergencies or driver absences. Working closely with our operations team, the Logistics Coordinator will ensure efficient passage of logistics data. This role is Hybrid-Remote. On successful days, the Logistics Coordinator will primarily handle morning duties, ensuring all drivers begin their routes, and spend the remainder of the day completing administrative tasks, ensuring driver compliance, and coordinating on-demand deliveries with our clients in the area.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
