Customer Service Representative with DATA Background
We need sharp candidates who have fabulous people skills, a great phone personality and excellent communication skills. This is a positive, fast paced environment which relies heavily on team work and open office communication.
- Microsoft Excel - Minimum 4 years Exp
- QuickBooks
- Phone Skills
- Detail Oriented
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage customer data entry and updates in Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to assist clients effectively.
Workday **Extremely Fast Paced**
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize QuickBooks and an in house Oracle software for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all customer interactions and data handling.
Must be willing to work a Mon-Fri & Occasional Saturdays. Workday starts at 7:30am sharp and punctuality is critical to our operations.
We are located on the West side of Fort Worth, TX, - 7 miles west of I-820 on I-20- in the Aledo area.
