We seek a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee our security operations across Florida. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize security operations statewide.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 4 years in the private security industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Skills :
Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and best practices.
Proficiency in security technologies and software.
Certifications : CPP, PSP, or other relevant credentials are highly desirable.
