- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
- Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
- Advice on key organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
- Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Hold Job Fairs/Open Houses to enhance the hiring experience of our applicants and ensure new hires go through the on-boarding process
