Job Summary
The Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. Duties
- Lead the strategic planning process to establish long-term goals and objectives for the organization.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all programs align with the organization's mission and vision.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, staff, community partners, and funders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize organizational resources and opportunities.
- Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive business development initiatives to secure funding and expand program offerings.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to senior management, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics and report progress to the board of directors.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a strong background in operations management.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of programs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Experience in business development, including fundraising strategies and partnership cultivation.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building and staff development.
- A solid understanding of process improvement methodologies to drive organizational change.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,656.00 - $65,000.00 per year
