Seeking Maintenance Technician ASAP for Las Vegas apartment community of 256 units. Must have a solid work history, provide excellent customer service skills & good references.
We want a highly motivated individual, ready to become an impactful team member from day one. This position offers an opportunity to get a wide variety of experiences working on multiple different jobs throughout the course of every day.
Position primarily entails preparing vacant apartment homes for new move-ins. Other responsibilities of the job include both exterior and interior maintenance work on the property in response to resident work orders. Candidates for position must also be available to provide emergency after-hours services to residents.
Salary dependent on experience. HVAC experience if any. Previous experience in multifamily maintenance preferred, but certainly not required.
