Strong work ethic. Your professionalism and eagerness to learn and share drive your success.
Excellent communication skills. Your ability to communicate (written and verbal) are key to how you build relationships, and you do so in a clear and concise, yet relational manner.

Always Strive for More. You will continuously be looking for ways that the Foundation can improve, and be willing to effectively lead others and facilitate action for those improvements to take place.
Build Effective Relationships. The information you gain will be able to help other team members, leaders and teams make decisions as to how their operations, services and products can have a positive impact on the experience of our members and supporters, and your ability to spark actions by others is crucial.
Gain Specialized Knowledge. This role will serve as the Foundation’s expert for Knowledgebase and self-service initiatives.
Empower our Members and Supporters. The work you do will inspire them to make a difference by sharing our vision and dedication to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees.
