We need a Member Experience Representative to serve as a liaison between some of our internal teams and our members, supporters, advocates, and external partners – thinking through the lens of others to ensure world-class service and value to all parties.

Provide “Service Excellence.” You will personally provide and inspire others to provide what we call ‘Service Excellence’ externally and internally.
Ensure Effective Relationships. You will often hear information first-hand that can help other employees, leaders and teams to think through how their operations and decisions can have a positive impact on the experience of our members and supporters.
Build Relationships. Serve as the liaison between the Member Experience team and other internal Foundation teams, external partners, and members and supporters.
Communicate Effectively and Passionately. The Foundation’s mission and programs to others.
Empower our Members and Supporters. You’ll inspire them to make a difference by sharing our vision and dedication to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees.
Communicate on Behalf of the Foundation. You’ll handle phone calls, emails, chat, social media, letter responses with positivity, striving to build and maintain trust and loyalty.
