What You’ll Do

• You'll be responsible for the delivery, installation, integration, and troubleshooting of tech products such as entertainment systems, networking, TV’s, sound bars, security cameras, surround sounds, Starlink, and flood lights, etc.
• You'll manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, process paperwork and payment, provide feedback, and follow safety guidelines
• You’ll receive customer orders to deliver and complete installation or assembly jobs in customer’s homes
• You’ll communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
• You’ll assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications
• You’ll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product

You'll Meet These Basic Job Requirements

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude for installation and assembly
• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience highly preferred
• 6 months of customer service experience highly preferred
• Ability to acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required to perform job effectively within 90 days of hire
• Ability to lift weight up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds as part of a team with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift weight up to 250 pounds as part of a team with the support tools such as harnesses or lifts
• You must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
• This job requires regular driving to customers' homes and businesses.

NAI pays our “in-home” techs competitive earnings per piece being paid for every completed project. Our focus is on efficiency, quality, and safety above all else! Your will and your skill will enable you to determine the pay you desire for yourself. Our dedicated team will give you all the tools and training necessary to unlock your maximum potential. Full and part-time work is available, and jobs and schedules will vary depending on location. You will be a W2 employee (not a subcontractor!), meaning you will be trained, insured, paid appropriately for all hours, including overtime, and eligible for benefits.

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• National Assemblers is a nationwide company. We assemble bikes, grills, furniture, fitness equipment, displays, shelving, and anything else that the customer requests. This is a labor intensive, sometime repetitive job with variable hours and locations, where hard work results in high pay. Our Assemblers are paid by the piece, not by the hour. Depending on the type and number of items assembled, our Techs’ piece work earnings, if converted into hourly, average $20 an hour and our experienced Techs can make up to $50 an hour. Is that acceptable?
• Do you have a mobile device with internet access (must be Apple iPhone 6 or higher or Android with OS 6.0 or higher with a minimum 8-megapixel camera)?
• If hired, you will be paid weekly by direct deposit or cash card. You will be an employee of the company, not a sub-contractor. This is a W-2 position. Is this acceptable?
• Basic tools as well as some specialty tools are required for this position. You will not be required to purchase tools until it has been determined that the job is a good fit for both parties. Is this acceptable?
• Do you have your own reliable vehicle to travel for local and out of town work?
