What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Coordinator position at National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL)?
The National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL), a small (7-employee/2,300 member) trade association, is looking for a Communications Coordinator to work with the Director of Communications to grow and engage our membership and to promote our conferences/events through marketing and communication initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to:
Promoting member recruitment and engagement through strategic outreach and communication.
Producing marketing and communications content for NABL events, including digital marketing materials, email communications and other promotional materials.
Expanding NABL’s social media presence.
Assisting with formatting event outlines, PowerPoints, and the conference mobile app.
Creating email campaigns to target new members and promote NABL conferences
Formatting and distributing e-publications
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years working in a nonprofit, association, or related professional setting
Proficient with social media platforms and applications.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Canva, iMis, broadcast email software (Informz, HubSpot), WordPress, and HTML, are a plus.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage deadlines.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
