What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Sales Specialist position at National Bank of Kuwait - New York?
Job Purpose:
This role will have a strong focus on developing deposit and cash management relationships. An in-depth understanding of treasury and cash management services is crucial. Develop and execute plans to grow corporate and institutional cash management relationships, focusing on the development of a pipeline of both new and cross-selling opportunities focused on deposit-gathering activities. Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Treasury team members to increase balances and wallet with existing and new relationships. Generate ideas and provide solutions while partnering with internal product managers. Perform 1LOB KYC/AML onboarding requirements as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
- 5 years of cash management sales and relationship management experience
- Results-oriented with a history of driving business growth
- Strong deposit product knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products
- Working in a Treasury Management Services or Wholesale Banking segment preferred
- Must be able to work as part of a team and colleagues
- Willingness to take on special projects as they arise
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
