The National Basketball Association (NBA) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager/Director to lead the successful execution of complex technology projects and programs.

Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate projects across multiple value streams, including Legal, Finance, HR, and others.
- Ensure alignment, execution, and delivery in complex environments involving compliance, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, roadmaps, resource allocation/capacity planning, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Salary Range:
$160,000 - $175,000
