Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a reasonable mechanical knowledge and experience in labor practices. This role involves working with various hand tools and machinery, including hand drills, hand tools, banding machines, forklifts and moving packages efficiently. The Laborer will contribute to the overall production process by ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Duties
- Operate and maintain machinery, including heated cleaning production line, powdercoating line components to produce high-quality components.
- Assemble parts and packages according to specifications and quality standards.
- Use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with experience preferred.
- Strong ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
