SUMMARY

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all facilities within the NBE organization. This is a working manager role, where responsibilities will be split between computer work and physical maintenance work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all facilities.

· Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, janitorial staff, and external contractors.

· Conduct regular inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.

· Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

· Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and compliance documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a similar industry.

· Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

· Excellent project management and organizational skills.

· Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
