Our company is seeking responsible and talented customer service representatives to help with daily duties related to customer service. Ideally, the candidate will have working knowledge of Gmail, excel and basic computer skills. Must be personable and have good communication and excellent phone skills. Applicants will work directly with the company's leadership team, which means that this position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer or refer telephone calls and messages.
- Familiarize yourself with departmental policies and procedures.
- Use word-processing software.
- Prepare documents using a computer and scanner.
- Prepare correspondence using word-processing software.
- Maintain client/customer files and databases using a computer and scanner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15$ an hour with raise based on performance every 90 days.
