Applicants will work directly with the company's leadership team, which means that this position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer or refer telephone calls and messages.
- Familiarize yourself with departmental policies and procedures.
- Use word-processing software.
- Prepare documents using a computer and scanner.
- Prepare correspondence using word-processing software.
- Maintain client/customer files and databases using a computer and scanner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.

Salary: 15$ an hour with raise based on performance every 90 days.
