Looking for an Enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a Positive Attitude, Computer Literacy, Problem Solving Skills and Excellent Attendance. Our Customer Service Team is a 100% phone and computer based department. Being able to professionally communicate through both is a requirement. Our office is not open to the public.
Seeking an Honest, Hard Working, Trustworthy, Dedicated and Committed Individual to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a world class Customer Service and Sales experience as you provide quotes, verify account information, explain our specials, upsell and answer questions about our products and services.
Recommend and sell Natural Sea Salt Health Care Products including: Healing Rinse Mouthwash, Sea Salt Saline Sprays, Animal Wound Care, Natural Nasal Sprays, Ocean Care Creams, Reef Safe Sunscreen, Skin Protectant Ointments and Numbing Products according to customers needs for natural healing by asking open ended and probing questions...our products are guaranteed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
