Now we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager who can keep complex projects moving like a well-oiled machine, manage the chaos with grace, and make sure our commercial customers stay happy and impressed.
The Role
You will be managing commercial flooring, countertop, and cabinet installations for office buildings, retail spaces, multi-family developments, and more. That means juggling logistics, coordinating with field crews and installers, managing schedules and budgets—and still having time to answer your phone with a smile.
What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from post-sale through final walkthrough
- Coordinate with customers, GCs, vendors, and internal teams to keep schedules, materials, and budgets aligned
- Oversee installation crews, monitor site progress, and ensure high-quality execution
- Solve problems on the fly—because things never go exactly as planned
- Track project milestones, budgets, and change orders
- Conduct site visits, attend job meetings, and keep everyone in the loop
- Ensure punch lists are completed and final delivery exceeds expectations
- Document and report on project status using internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project management within commercial construction market
- Solid understanding of construction timelines, subcontractor coordination, and site management
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communicator—clear, professional, and proactive
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
