What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and construction professionals
• Sell our products and services (flooring, countertops, cabinetry) to commercial and multi-family clients
• Respond to bids and RFPs, working with the estimating team to prepare accurate proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and project updates using CRM tools
• Stay current on market trends, construction timelines, and competitive offerings
• Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in commercial construction, building materials, or a related field
• Strong network in commercial, builder, or multi-family markets
• Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned region
