As an Installation Manager you will oversee all installations of equipment, while coordinating and completing customer walkthroughs. Successful candidates will be customer oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
What You’ll Do…
- Oversee all custom installations
- Building rapport with customers and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
- Coordinate and complete customer walkthroughs
- Manages installers and project coordinator
- Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site
- Oversee worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codes and quality built
- Budget time, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines
- Be flexible & work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be decisive & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations, or delays.
- Analyze & resolve problems
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

- Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
Physical Requirements:
- Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
- Required to stand for prolonged periods
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs. is required, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 75lbs., preferred
- May perform duties requiring employee to intermittently bend and twist
What You Need…
- Prior construction or related project management experience is required
- 3-5 years of related experience, preferred
- Experience scheduling and supervising company installers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in effectively communicating with and interacting with customers, trades, employee installation technicians and sales agents
- Ability to manage, as well as inspect the quality of the jobs performed by subcontractors and employee installation technicians and hold them accountable
- Time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities
- Deliver great customer service and high-quality installations
