National Catastrophe Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Professional Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services as part of restoration projects, ensuring that residential and commercial properties are cleaned thoroughly and to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties following restoration projects.
- Clean and sanitize various areas, including but not limited to floors, walls, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the highest quality results.
- Follow company guidelines for safety and health regulations while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that all work areas are free from hazards and are left in pristine condition after completing tasks.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, property managers, and other clients.
- Respond to feedback and make adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace during cleaning projects.
- Work as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines and service expectations.
- Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform any additional duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning, especially within restoration projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Physical stamina to lift and move equipment, and the ability to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working in various environments, including residential, commercial, and restoration project sites.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration or disaster recovery industry.
- Certifications related to cleaning or restoration services (e.g., IICRC certification).
- Ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment for restoration purposes.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
