Overview
Christian Brothers High School seeks a highly experienced, mission-driven servant-leader to serve as its next President / CEO, commencing July 2025. The President / CEO will provide enthusiastic, mission-centered leadership to ensure strong academic and co-curricular programs permeated by the Lasallian Catholic charism and tradition. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic whose inspirational leadership is student-centered and embodies the mission and values of the school grounded in the spirituality of the De La Salle Christian Brothers.

The new President will monitor and continue the implementation of the current Strategic Plan, ensuring established goals and objectives are met.

The Board of Trustees seeks candidates with the following qualifications :
- Knowledgeable and practicing Catholic with an understanding of Catholic school philosophy.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Educational Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven visionary leadership and management experience.
- Strong business acumen, including expertise in financial management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in philanthropy and fundraising.
- Ability to establish creative partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
Professional Experience
Education
Master’s degree in educational leadership, business management, or a related field.
