Qualifications for the Position :
- Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education
- Master’s degree in Educational Administration or similar advanced degree
- Holds a current Washington State Principal Certification, or eligibility to hold certification
- Minimum 7 years teaching experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability exhibited through past or present educational assignments
- Demonstrated successful ability to manage staff, budgets, and educational programs
- Ability to honor and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skill Set :
Major Duties and Responsibilities Include :
Salary : $125,000-$150,000. Determined based on comparable salary ranges of neighboring Catholic Schools, internal equity, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, certifications.
