Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. Plan, organize, and oversee the cement production process from raw material handling to final product dispatch. Monitor production metrics and adjust processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training opportunities.
Quality Control:
