Job Description: Account Opening Project Manager Role The primary mission of the Investment Operations team is helping people, help people. We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager who is passionate about crafting powerful experiences for our private donor group clients (PDG) to meet their philanthropic goals. Your primary responsibility is to lead all aspects of the account opening and account management processes for our PDG relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for all PDG account lifecycle related matters Supports account onboarding in partnership with PDG service, relationship managers, fundraising, and other key partners Proactively monitors progress of account lifecycle processes to ensure accurate and timely processing Take ownership of critical client issues and partners with key team members to investigate and resolve Serve as the point of contact for PDG partners/clients facing critical account opening or management related delays, or other issues effecting Investment Operations Communicate effectively with leadership and PDG clients, providing clear explanations, solutions, and recovery strategies when issues arise. Responsible for end-to-end oversight, tracking, remediation, and reporting of all critical customer issues Implement continuous improvement strategies based on trends observed in critical issues to reduce future risks. Provides regular tracking and reporting of trends and action plans to senior leadership Refines procedures and educates associates on process changes Identifies technical improvements and partner with tech teams to define and implement The Expertise and Skills We are Looking For: You approach every situation with a customer first mindset Bachelor’s degree and 3 years Financial Services or Operations experience is desired Prior Implementation/Account Opening experience is required Proven track record in identifying and handling critical client situations Advanced project management skills, with experience in XTRAC, Salesforce, Archer, Jira, and other customer account tools Works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates good judgment in decision making or problem resolution Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills Critical thinker with excellent follow through skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, & planning and time management Collaborator with the ability to influence without authority Delivering an excellent client experience with each interaction to help strengthen donor relationships Clearly understanding and articulating the full suite of Fidelity Charitable products and services to include Direct International Granting, Charitable Investment Advisor Program, and Complex Assets Available and flexible with overtime as requested The Team Fidelity Charitable is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program.
