National Charitable Services (NCS) is seeking a highly motivated individual that can use their strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee the strategy, planning, and implementation of new, innovative offerings that are aligned to National Charitable Service’s future vision. National Charitable Services is looking for a talented individual to play a key role in the development and execution of an integrated growth strategy to support philanthropic giving. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Change Management, you will be responsible for evolving and delivering on National Charitable Service’s long-term strategic vision. Leveraging a passion for strategic thinking and innovation, your primary responsibility will be to deliver new solutions from concept to implementation, overseeing multiple delivery efforts and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Expertise & Skills You Bring BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred 5-8 years of experience in management consulting and/or product development, service delivery, or operations Strategy consulting toolkit: strong critical thinking skills, structured problem solving, sophisticated analysis and business insights, and executive-level communications Ability to manage and execute complex programs while demonstrating relationship management skills across business functions including product, technology, service, fundraising, marketing, and legal, risk & compliance Strategic leadership and strong collaboration skills to influence teams across functional areas to deliver and achieve business goals Experience translating product vision into discrete, actionable plans including delivery of product roadmap, technical designs, go-to-market plan, and service model considerations Ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver business results Confidence, business maturity, and operational expertise to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Ability to communicate and influence (via verbal and written communications) with cross-functional teams, other stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and promote transparency Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund ('Fidelity Charitable') is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program.
